Accounting & Finance

Kolter Hospitality’s corporate finance team ensures hotel level transparency with support and strong internal controls coupled with a cutting-edge accounting platform. The corporate to hotel level integrated network allows us to consolidate all pertinent financial data and ensure all hotels are operating as efficiently as possible, in compliance with hotel industry GAAP. Kolter Hospitality’s detailed approach to the management of financial data allows us to improve cash flow and key metrics for our ownership.  We utilize daily data communication channels with our hotels to ensure cash flow, deposits, revenues, expenses and invoices are accurate and properly managed.
